Poverty Simulation Workshop
Join the Seattle University School of Theology and Ministry and Seattle Mennonite Church for an experience designed to help participants begin to understand what it might be like to live in a typical low-income family trying to survive from month to month.
During the workshop, participants will:
- Role play a month in the lives of low-income families,
- meet others who care about the issue, and
- explore the impact of poverty on our community.
Please register for this free workshop and find more information on the event website. Walk-in participants will be accommodated as space allows.
The workshop is appropriate for youth ages 12 and up.
